The Kuwaiti army said in a statement that two of its border posts were targeted in a drone attack early yesterday morning (April 24).
According to the statement, the attack was carried out from Iraqi territory using two drones and caused material damage, but no casualties were reported.
Kuwait had previously been targeted multiple times during the war against Iran. However, a ceasefire is now in place across all fronts, and fighting has been halted at least temporarily.
No group or state has yet claimed responsibility for the attack on Kuwait.
