Abdul Ghani Baradar has claimed that no regime like the Taliban has existed in the past several centuries and said that people should appreciate it.
The Taliban’s deputy prime minister for economic affairs said that if people do not express gratitude, God may take the regime away from them.
Baradar made these remarks during a ceremony in Faryab province.
Some analysts and historians argue that the Taliban, due to its “repressive policies,” has become an unprecedented regime in Afghanistan’s history.
