The Resistance Front said in a statement today that it attacked Taliban forces near Dushi district of Baghlan province, killing two of them.
According to the statement, the incident took place on April 26, and one other Taliban member was wounded in the attack.
The group said its forces “successfully carried out the operation and returned to their positions afterward.”
The statement added: “National Resistance Front forces carry out targeted attacks in various parts of the country in order to free the people and the country from the illegitimate rule of the terrorist Taliban group.”
