{"id":39597,"date":"2026-04-28T07:56:34","date_gmt":"2026-04-28T03:26:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deeyartelevision.com\/en\/?p=39597"},"modified":"2026-04-28T07:56:37","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T03:26:37","slug":"saur-revolution-anniversary-taliban-says-it-is-time-to-firmly-defend-its-rule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deeyartelevision.com\/en\/39597\/","title":{"rendered":"Saur Revolution Anniversary: Taliban Says It Is Time to Firmly Defend Its Rule"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On the anniversary of the 7<sup>th<\/sup> of Saur coup and the victory of the Mujahideen (8<sup>th<\/sup> of Saur), the Taliban said in a statement that it is now time for \u201cfirm protection\u201d of its rule, and that all people of Afghanistan must remain \u201cunited and committed to the continuity and consolidation of a stable Afghanistan with an Islamic system.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The statement said the Taliban condemns the&nbsp; Saur coup and the Soviet military intervention in Afghanistan, and considers the 8<sup>th<\/sup> of Saur (28 April) as a \u201chistoric and proud day of victory and divine blessing\u201d that \u201call must be grateful for.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today marks the 48<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of the Saur coup, in which the People\u2019s Democratic Party of Afghanistan overthrew the republican government and took power.
