We cannot open our doors widely. The law does not allow a large number of people to enter our economic sphere when we are not confident in our ability to control them. Currently, there are no guarantees or effective mechanisms.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He emphasized that such migration could be possible in the future, but everything must remain organized, regulated, and controlled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Russian presidential envoy for Afghan affairs added, \u201cThese explanations have been provided to the ambassador.
